Every smile has the power to change a life, and that belief has guided Dr. Williams throughout his career.
A Nevada native, Dr. Williams is known for his warm personality, genuine compassion, and the welcoming atmosphere he creates for every patient. His passion for dentistry began at an early age while watching his uncle, also a dentist, restore not only smiles but confidence and hope for hundreds of patients.
One experience, in particular, shaped his future. Dr. Williams watched his uncle provide a smile makeover for a woman who had recently lost her husband. Before her treatment, she rarely smiled and had lost much of her confidence. After her smile was restored, her transformation extended far beyond her teeth. She walked with renewed confidence, smiled freely, and embraced life with a sense of joy that had been missing.
Witnessing that life-changing moment inspired Dr. Williams to dedicate his own career to helping others experience the same transformation. Today, he combines advanced dental techniques with a compassionate, patient-first approach to help people restore their smiles, improve their oral health, and regain the confidence to live life without hesitation.

About Family
Family has always been at the heart of everything I do. I am blessed with four wonderful sons, Vernon III, Elijah, Conner, and William, along with my beautiful daughter, Zara. Our home is filled with laughter, energy, and unforgettable moments as we spend time together going to the movies, traveling, and cheering each other on through sports and other activities.
Being a father has taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and building lasting relationships. Those same values shape the way I care for my patients. I believe everyone who walks through our doors should feel welcomed, respected, and treated like family.
Beyond our immediate family, I am fortunate to be surrounded by a large network of siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends who remind me every day of the importance of community, connection, and supporting one another.
Education
Dr. Williams’ educational journey has shaped his commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he developed a deeper understanding of communication, empathy, and the importance of meeting each patient’s unique needs. He continued his dental education at Howard University in Washington, D.C., earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Williams also completed a two-year advanced dental program, including a pediatric rotation, giving him extensive clinical experience and the ability to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
Dedicated to delivering exceptional dentistry, Dr. Williams regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dental technology, procedures, and treatment techniques. His commitment to lifelong learning allows him to provide innovative solutions while maintaining the personalized, family-focused approach his patients value. After years of practicing dentistry, Dr. Williams opened Family First Dental in 2011 with the vision of creating a welcoming environment where patients receive outstanding care, feel comfortable throughout their dental journey, and are treated like family.
